Back to Basics consists of essential linens and furniture e.g. Bed sheet, Pillow Cover, Blanket, Dustbin etc (Please refer to images under 'Home' for more information). Tech-Pack consists of the IT products e.g. Router, Extension Cord and Universal Adapter. This package is to help you stay connected at high-performance across all your devices (Tablets, PC and Mobile). Modern Living is a combination of the Back to Basics and Tech-Pack. This package guarantees that everything you need will be ready for use throughout your campus life.
There are 2 benefits of engaging our services: (a) We provide the convenience for being a one-stop solution to acquire all essentials in a single carrier bag. Currently, students will have to personally go to NTUC (nearest location is in Jurong Point) or IKEA (Approximately 1 hour away from NTU via public transport) to purchase items and carry them all the way back to NTU. (b) LivinBasic buys in bulk hence we enjoy wholesale prices which directly translates to cost-savings for students for the same quality of products.
Back to Basics - You are someone who loves convenience and efficiency. Products can be delivered directly to campus for free. Tech-Pack - All that you need is to stay Connected. Our equipment have been tested to provide all your devices (up to 10) to browse the internet at high speeds. Modern Living - You want to enjoy the benefits of both Back to Basics & Tech-Pack.
If you only require a few items off our lists, you may opt to buy A la carte. However, free delivery is not provided for purchases below $45. Delivery will be charged at a fixed rate of $10 for these orders.
We only provide delivery to Hall 14 where you can do self collection. Location: Hall 14 car park (In between bus stop 27021 and Canteen 14). Fixed delivery timings: Mondays 8 pm - 9 pm & Thursdays 2 pm - 3 pm. This option is free for orders above $50 and enables students to meet & interact with the LivinBasic crew!

Yes. All linens are purchased directly from manufacturers/wholesalers. Hence it is advisable to wash them prior of using.
We do not accept refunds and returns. Rules and guidelines for Exchanges: (i) Items must be returned within 10 days of receipt. (ii) Linens must be unused and unwashed. We will not accept linens with distinct odors or signs of wear and tear. (iii) For damaged/faulty electronics and clear deformities on linens, please provide photographic details if you feel this is relevant. Send the images to our customer care email - firstname.lastname@example.org. Please allow us 3-5 working days to respond to your inquiries. (iv) We will not entertain false claims and retain the right to not respond to any claims that our team deem non credible.
